Annie Mist Thorisdottir comes from Reykjavik, Iceland. She is also a coach and trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is the co-owner. Annie was the first female ever to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games on two occasions. She placed second in the CrossFit Games in 2010 and the 2014 edition. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders CrossFit athlete weightlifter and media-star. Her fame was boosted by her being the first female to win been awarded the two CrossFit Games, in 2011 as well as 2012 Also, she was credited with taking home the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie as well as her the rest of her family, was raised to Reykjavik Iceland. As a fitness enthusiast since a young age she participated in numerous school competitions and also won numerous awards. As a result of her outstanding performances, she was able to win the CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie was again victorious at the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her impressive performance. She was the first female athlete to win two CrossFit Games at once. The silver medal was awarded in 2014. In the year 2021 she received the Bronze award at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was created by Annie. With rising fame as an athlete Annie has been a face of various sports brands including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Nuun Hydration-Periodization Sidekick, Yerbae and many others. Additionally, she also has her own Youtube channel that has a couple of thousand followers where her workout diet videos, family as well as travel videos are posted.
