Lita Rossana Ford (also commonly referred to by the name Lita Ford) is an British born American singer on guitar who took as the lead vocalist of The Runaways a female hard rock band in the 70s. They gained attention for their rebellious songs and punk-rock style. While the group was not success within their home country of the United States, it gained immense popularity in the world. Ford's solo heavy metal career proved successful following the band breakup. After taking voice lessons, she released her first self-titled album "Out for Blood" followed by "Dancin at the Edge". Both the albums did not have much success, and Ford just vanished from the world of rock for a couple of years. Her smashing hit, 'Lita was released in 1989. The hit single 'Kiss Me Deadly' as well as the ballad 'Close My Eyes Forever' both became big hits. Unfortunately her success was short-lived and she disappeared in the world of music for many years. In 1995 she debuted "Black," and 15 years later , 'Wicked Wonderland. "Time Capsule" was her album "Time Capsule" was made available by her in the year 2016.
